This study was aimed to evaluate: 1- The effect of laser irradiation on the salivary glands of diabetic rats and non diabetic rats through histological studies (light & electron microscope). 2- The effect of laser irradiation on the enzymatic activities of catalase and glutathione peroxidase in the salivary glands of diabetic rats and non diabetic rats. 3- The effect of laser irradiation on glycemic state of diabetic rats.
