Study of visftain level in 1 Diabetic children and Adolescents

lasma Visfatin level was assessed in 50 children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes mellitus. They were divided into 23 type 1 diabetic children without microvascular complications with a disease duration of less than 5 years and 27 type 1 diabetic children and adolescents with or without microvascular complications with adisease duration of 5 years or more.
