This work has been carried out to investigate the harmful effect of electromagnetic field emitted from computer monitor on computer worker. It also aimed at determining the effectiveness of (Octa zinc) tablet to improve the antioxidant status and to protect against the exposnre to EMF. Our results showed that plasma (zinc, and catalase), serum (TSH, FT3, and FT4), blood (hemoglobin, haematocrite, RBC, MCV, MCH, neutrophil, and reduced glutathione) and antioxidant enzymes activity including (glutathione peroxidase and superoxide dismutase) were significirntly decreased in computer worker before supplement group B compared to the control one (group C). Significant increase was observed in plasma MDA and blood (WBC, platelet, MCHC, Monocyte, eosinophil, and lymphocyte). Our results revealed improvement among workers given zinc supplements.
