Identification of some prognostic genetic markers in B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia
CLL / CRY-1 / FISH / LPL
B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common form of leukemia in the western world. It is characterizedby the clonal proliferation and accumulation of neoplastic B lymphocytes in the blood, bone marrow, lymph nodes, and spleen. CLL shows a heterogeneous clinical course; some patients have rapidly progressive clinical course and die from CLL or its complications, whereas others survive for many years without any treatment
