Ten completely edentulous patients were selected from the outpatient clinic of Prosthodontic Department, Faculty of Dental Medicine Al-Azhar University and National Research Centre clinic. Patients were accurately selected and properly examined in order to reduce human variables and eliminate any factor that might affect the results of this study adversely. All patients in this study were rehabilitated by mucosa supported maxillary complete denture and implant retained mandibular over denture by two implants installed in the inter-foraminal area.
