The present study has been conducted to both evaluate and compare the physical, mechanical and biological properties of a recently developed microwave cured acrylic resin denture base material with the conventional heatcured polymethyl methacrylate acrylic resin denture base material. The current study has been divided into both in-vitro and in-vivo studies. The in-vitro study involved the laboratory testing to evaluate both physical and mechanical properties, while the in-vivo study involved the clinical application to evaluate the biological properties.
