Possible transmission of avian influenza A virus (H5N1) via some aquatic animals

The main objectives of the thesis are to: ● Determine the stability of Egyptian isolate Low pathogenic avian influenza virus (LPAIV), A/chicken/Egypt /Q1995D /2010 (H5N1) [HA Genbank accession no. KC436135], in two types of water (sea and Nile) at different environmental conditions (temperatures 20°C & 34°C and pH 6.5, 7.0, 7.5 & 8.0). ● Test the possible transmission of Low pathogenic avian influenza virus via certain aquatic animal model (Tilapia zillii).
