Electrical Properties of Some Waste Polyethylene Terephthalate Composites
electrical properties, waste, camposites
In spite of the significant importance of polymers, waste polymers are a major environmental problem in many countries around the world due to the increase in generation. Waste plastics are becoming a major stream in solid waste after food waste and paper waste, plastic waste is the major constitute of municipal and industrial waste in cities. The work in this thesis includes composites based on waste bottles made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) in order to reduce the impact on the environment and on the other hand to get an end product characterized by moderate electrical conductivity lies in the antistatic range by the addition of conducting filler.
