2013 and 2014) in a private orchard located at Ismailia governorate, Egypt. The study was conducted on 15 years old olive trees of Manzanillo cv., planted at 5 X 5 m apart grown in sandy soil, under drip irrigation, system and uniform in shape and received the common horticultural practices. Study is divided into two experiments, first experiment was to study the effect of some combinations of organic fertilizers (sheep manure and Poultry manure) with bio-fertilizer a liquid microbial mixture composed of three different microbes (Azotobacter chroococcum, Bacillus megaterium and Bacillus circulans) at ratio l:1:1. Second experiment was carried out to study the effect of some combinations of some levels from mineral nitrogen fertilization (25, 50 and75 %) with the sa:rre bio-fertihzer a liquid microbial mixture compared with 100% mineral nitrogen fertilization (control) on vegetative gtowth, leaf pigments and mineral content, flowering, fruit set, yield and fruit physical md chemical properties of Manzanillo olive trees. In the first experiment results indicated that all different fertilizers applications had a positive sffect on all parameters under study. Poultry manure + bio-fertilizet 2 liler,'tree (PMB2) was the best treatment for increase vegetative growth, trsaf mineral content, flowering density, sex expression and pollen grains grmination. In addition PMB2 was the most effective treatment for mhancing fruit set, yield, fruit and oil quality. In this manner, in the msond experiment the best of treatment was bio-fertilizer 2liter + 75Yo lrffimeral Nitrogen Fertilization (B+MNF75oh) gave the highest values in fu mmt same as the previous measurements under the conditions of this oryariment. Meanwhilt the JerSt values were treatment without of biofertilizer in the first experiment compared with control, however in second experiment the lowest values in the most measurements gave with less mineral nitrogen fertilization (25W compared with other treatment and control.
